Some of what the Trump/Pence Regime did this week:
* Rescinded a policy that protects transgender people from
discrimination.
* Gutted the requirement that employers pay for birth control.
* Lied about fetal development to advance a federal abortion ban.
* Threatened that this may be the "calm before the storm" ominously
threatening military action against North Korea or Iran or beyond.
* The U.S. voted against the UN's proposal to. ban the death penalty
for homosexuality;
* In state after state, Republicans are moving rapidly and radicially
to disenfranchize people of color, immigrants, students and others to
lock in a permanent Republican majority in congress and choosing a
president.
* EPA Repealed Major Obama-Era Carbon Emissions Rule

SlutWalk is an international movement that was born in 2011 as a
response to an all-too common expression of institutional rape
culture: a police officer's public statement to a group of college
students: "women should avoid dressing like sluts in order not to be
victimized.".

"Celebrate the Arts" Street Fair
Pauahi Street, Chinatown
Refuse Fascism "Handmaids" and leafleters will be strolling through
the fair between 1-3 pm. The J20 Arts & Shenanigans Team will be
performing in an inter-active "Detrumping Clinic" from 11-4. The
Street Fair begins at 11 and ends at 4pm.
